eyerolls? Make it fun! With a Buzzfeed style, "How Green Are You?" Quiz!

Employees Got Their Shade of Green

While we got department sustainability insights. (Everyone

got a kick out of their playful quiz results.) 

We Learned What Employees Wanted

And how we could make the biggest impact.  

Then We Created a Pop-Up Station

 where employees could:

  • Compost food waste

  • Recycle plastic bags

  • Refill their coffee mugs​

We Gamified Participation

With our BYOC challenge, employees could bring their refillable cup to the coffee bar for a chance to win a prize.

Results

  • Normalized sustainability practices

  • 25% reduction in paper cup waste
